Jason ★★★★★ Oct 22, 2026

The 101-proof delivers a warm, slow burn that really opens up that nutmeg and caramel the description mentions. Poured neat, it's surprisingly smooth for the proof point, with a leathery finish that lingers just right.

That minty eucalyptus note on the nose really sets it apart from other bourbons I've tried, and it settles into a nice warm caramel finish. The high-corn mashbill gives it a sweetness that balances the 101-proof kick perfectly.

The high-corn mashbill really delivers a smooth, warming sip of caramel and leather. The 101-proof is bold without being harsh, and I love the layered finish.
