The first sip was so refreshing—this sparkling rosé has a delicate sweetness that pairs perfectly with a fruit dessert. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the bubbles held up even after being open for an hour.

I opened this for a quiet night in and the semi-sweet finish was exactly what I needed—light enough to sip on its own but still balanced. The color is a pretty pale pink that looks lovely in the glass. Definitely ordering another bottle soon.

The bubbles are so fine they feel almost creamy on the tongue, and the sweetness is perfectly balanced against the bright red berry notes. I opened it for a birthday brunch and it disappeared faster than any still rosé we’ve had. This is my new go-to for any celebration that calls for something fest
