That volcanic soil really comes through — the finish is so bright and zippy it practically wakes up your mouth. I'm stocking up for all our backyard dinners this season.

We’d been looking for a summer sipper that doesn’t feel heavy, and this one nails it—that white peach note is so juicy, and the raspberry keeps it fun without being sweet. The rocky volcanic soil must be doing something right, because there’s a crisp, minerally edge that makes every glass disappear

That zippy acidity at the end really wakes up your palate after each sip, and the peach note stays juicy without getting too sweet. I grabbed a bottle for a casual weeknight dinner and ended up finishing it before the food hit the table.
