Barr Hill Gin 750ml

The juniper comes through clean and bright, but the raw honey finish is what really sets this apart. Picked it up as part of the October selection and already planning my next bottle.

I’m a big fan of Vermont spirits, and this staff pick has that subtle cedar note that makes it stand out from the usual juniper-heavy gins. It’s smooth enough to sip neat but really shines in a crisp gin and tonic.

I was a bit skeptical about a gin with honey, but the raw honey they use adds a smoothness without making it sweet. Makes a fantastic Bee's Knees cocktail.
