カーサ・ドラゴネス レポサド

The Japanese oak aging gives it a subtle vanilla and spice note I haven't found in other reposados. Poured a second glass before dinner was even ready.

Sipped it neat and the finish is surprisingly long and smooth for a reposado—that Japanese oak influence is subtle but really works.

The Japanese oak aging really comes through—there’s a soft, almost woody warmth that lingers after each sip, and the double distillation keeps it clean without any harsh burn. I’ve been savoring it neat on weekends, and it’s easily become my go-to reposado.
