The lemon flavor is bright and authentic, not artificial at all. A couple dashes in my soda water gave it a nice citrus kick without any alcohol. Perfect for adding a fresh accent to cocktails or mocktails.

The little 2 oz bottle might not look like much, but it's lasted me through dozens of cocktails. Even half a dash gives a bright, fresh lemon lift that makes a simple vodka soda taste like something from a proper bar.

A couple drops of this in a gin and tonic makes the citrus pop without any syrupy sweetness, and the tiny 2/10 oz bottle lasts a surprisingly long time since you barely need any. It's become a permanent fixture on my bar cart.
