フォロ・ロッソ ベルモット

Decided to try this as a base for a Negroni and the herbal notes came through beautifully without being too bitter. The balance is just right for a pre-dinner drink.

Opened this after dinner expecting a basic vermouth, but the herbal depth really comes through even on the rocks, and the standard bottle size is perfect for a couple of weeks of cocktails. I’ve already used it in two Negronis and it holds its own without getting lost.

The deep ruby color pours beautifully and the aroma hits right away—sweet and herbal without being overpowering. It’s become my go-to for a slow evening sip, and the bottle size is perfect for keeping on the shelf.
