Four Roses Single Barrel 750ml

The nose on this is absolutely beautiful—that dried cherry and cinnamon come through even before you taste it. I found the finish to be long and warm with just the right balance of vanilla sweetness and rye spice.

That initial sip hits you with pear and apricot sweetness, then the rye spice and cinnamon kick in perfectly. The balance between creamy vanilla and that toasted oak finish makes every pour better than the last.

This one’s a sipper, no doubt—the rye spice hits right up front, then fades into creamy vanilla and dried cherry. Perfect balance for a slow Sunday evening.
