That distinct minerality from the Les Porcheronnes vineyard really comes through — it gives the wine a stony, elegant backbone that balances the citrus perfectly. I served it slightly chilled with grilled fish and it was an ideal match.

The citrus notes in this Sauvignon Blanc are beautifully balanced with that distinct minerality—perfect with seafood. It’s become my go-to for a crisp, refreshing white that doesn’t feel thin or simple.

The citrus notes are bright and lively, and it paired really well with a simple goat cheese salad. I just wish the finish had a bit more length.
