Gratsi Red 3L

I was skeptical about a 3L box lasting, but it stays fresh for weeks in the fridge. Being able to pour a glass without worrying about sulfites is a nice bonus too.

There's a real rustic depth to this wine that most boxed reds completely lack, and knowing there's no added sulfites makes that old world character feel genuinely honest. I've been pouring it over dinner all week and it holds up beautifully, not to mention the 3L format just keeps giving.

I was skeptical about a boxed wine with no added sulfites, but this drinks like a decent Chianti. Smooth enough to have a glass while cooking without feeling heavy the next morning.
