Koval Gin 750ml

The citrus-forward botanicals in this Chicago-made gin really shine through in a simple gin and tonic. Clean finish without that harsh alcohol bite you sometimes get. Already thinking about my next purchase.

This gin has a nice smoothness that works well even in a simple gin and tonic, and the 750ml bottle is a solid size for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the clean finish.

The botanicals are really well-balanced here—the ginger and cardamom come through without overpowering the juniper. Makes a smooth martini that doesn't need much fussing with.
