I was really impressed by how bright and crisp this wine is — that floral aroma mixed with a mineral edge makes it perfect for seafood. Will definitely grab another bottle soon.

Opened this with some seared scallops and the citrus brightness cut through perfectly, while that mineral finish kept every sip feeling crisp and clean. It's light enough for a warm afternoon but has enough backbone to stand up to dinner, which is exactly what I look for in a white.

Really nice citrus and floral notes, with that clean mineral finish I was hoping for. Only wish the bottle had a bit more body to it, but it’s a solid choice for a light seafood pairing.
