The nose is all fresh quince and wet stone — exactly what I look for in a Loire Chenin. It drinks beautifully on its own or with a simple goat cheese salad.

This Chenin Blanc has that lovely Loire Valley minerality I was hoping for, with a crisp finish that works perfectly with seafood. I’ve already ordered a second bottle to have with dinner next weekend.

The Loire really shows through here—that classic Chenin Blanc minerality is upfront, but it stays smooth on the finish rather than turning sharp. I opened it with a simple roast chicken and the acidity cut through perfectly. Already planning to grab another bottle for next week.
