I was pleasantly surprised by how well the slight bitterness balances the sweetness — it's much more complex than I expected from an aperitif wine. Makes a perfect base for a simple spritz on a warm evening.

Really brightens up a simple gin and tonic with that citrus‑floral note—much more interesting than plain wine. The slight bitterness keeps it from being too sweet, which I appreciate.

Chilled this and mixed it with tonic and a slice of orange—the citrus-floral notes really come through without being overly sweet. That faint bitter finish is what keeps me coming back. Perfect light aperitif for a warm evening.
