Popped the cork after letting it breathe for an hour, and the 20 months in barrel really came through with deep, layered fruit. It’s smoother than many Reservas I’ve tried at this price point.

Opened this with a steak dinner and the six years of age really show—it’s got that deep, powerful intensity you’d expect from a reserva, yet it’s still surprisingly smooth for the price. Definitely a bottle I’d grab again for a quiet night in.
