Opened this with dinner last night and the earthy notes really came through alongside the dark fruit. It’s bold but balanced, and the biodynamic farming is a nice touch—I’d buy it again.

The soft tannins make this easy to drink young, but it still has enough structure to age a bit. Opened it with pasta and the earthy dark fruit notes paired beautifully.
