Mulassano Vermouth Rosso 750ml

The dried cherry and vanilla notes come through exactly as advertised, and that bittersweet edge makes it dangerously easy to sip on its own. Mixed a quick Negroni last night and it carried the drink beautifully. Already planning my next bottle.

I usually sip it neat with a big ice cube, and the dried cherry note comes through beautifully without being syrupy. The caramel and spice linger just long enough to make it feel like a proper slow drink.

Trying this in a Negroni tonight was the right call — the bittersweet cherry and vanilla depth really balances the gin and Campari. It’s smooth enough to sip on its own too, which I wasn’t expecting.
