I was really impressed by how the green apple and almond notes balanced the floral aromas—so refreshing. It’s got that clean, mineral finish that makes it perfect for sipping on its own. Definitely a new favorite for me.

The jasmine and hawthorn aromas hit you right out of the glass, but the green apple and almond finish keeps it grounded and crisp. I poured a glass with dinner and it stayed bright and refreshing to the last sip, perfect for a warm evening.

That mineral backbone makes it feel way more serious than your average picnic white, and the jasmine carries through nicely without being overpowering. I’d buy this again for a warm evening with light seafood.
