Poured a glass of this Soave alongside some grilled shrimp and the bright quince note really popped. The acidity cut through the richness perfectly without feeling thin.

I drank this with a simple pasta aglio e olio and the bright quince really sang with the garlic. The weight is there but it finishes so clean—paired perfectly.

That grassy, hay-like note on the nose is so distinctive, and the quince gives it a juicy brightness that makes it dangerously easy to sip. Even with that fuller body, the finish stays clean and refreshing, so it handled a warm evening perfectly.
