Popped this open with some grilled fish and the citrus and green apple notes really came through—crisp and refreshing without being too tart. The minerality at the finish gives it a nice clean bite, and it went down almost too easily on a warm evening.

Grabbed a bottle on a whim for a weekend cookout and it was the perfect palate cleanser between bites of grilled food. The melon note really comes through on the finish, and that minerality keeps it from feeling too sweet. Already planning to keep a case stocked for summer.
