シャボ リザーブ テルティ・クルク

I was surprised by how the wild herb note balanced the white peach — it's earthy but fresh, not what I expected from a white wine. This bottle disappeared fast at dinner, and I’ve already grabbed another.

First sip hits you with lemongrass and white peach, but it’s that wild herb finish that makes you pause. Perfectly balanced, and the complexity keeps each glass interesting.

That wild herb note really sets this apart from any other white wine I've tried—it's unmistakable. The lemongrass and white peach balance it beautifully without being too sweet. A genuinely interesting bottle that kept me coming back for another sip.
