I was pleasantly surprised by how balanced this wine is; it’s fruity without being too sweet, and the grapefruit finish makes it perfect for a light summer dinner.

The tropical fruit really comes through here—pineapple and grapefruit hit upfront, and it's nowhere near as grassy as most sauvignons I've tried. Poured a glass with grilled shrimp and it held its own beautifully.

Finally, a sauvignon blanc that isn't overwhelmingly grassy—the tropical pineapple and guava notes are exactly what I was hoping for. It's refreshing without being too sharp, perfect for a warm afternoon.
