ベガ・シシリア ウニコ リベラ・デル・ドゥエロ 2013

Opened this 750mL bottle last weekend and it needed a good hour to unwind, but once it did, the depth was unreal. The Ribera del Duero character comes through loud and clear, with a finish that lingers way past the last sip.

The 2013 vintage is pure class, with a 750mL bottle that disappears faster than I'd like to admit—the wine's depth and structure made every sip feel like an event, even on a random weeknight. I'm already thinking about grabbing another one before it's gone.

Opened this on a quiet Tuesday night and the nose alone was worth it—dark fruit and that unmistakable Ribera depth. The 750mL bottle gave us two generous glasses each, and it kept evolving for hours. Easily the most memorable bottle I've had this year.
