This was the perfect light white for a warm evening—the apple and elderflower notes came through clean without being too sweet. Paired beautifully with a simple salad and didn’t overpower the meal.

Opened this with some grilled shrimp, and the apple and elderflower notes made it feel brighter than most dry whites I’ve tried. The lightness pairs perfectly with seafood without getting heavy.

For a light, dry white, this one has surprising depth — the elderflower comes through fresh on the nose and the apple carries right to the finish. It’s crisp without being sharp, and I found myself reaching for another glass before the bottle was half gone.
