Chilled this for about 30 minutes before serving and the lighter, more delicate body paired perfectly with a slice of dark chocolate tart. Smooth and not overly sweet, it was a great finish to the meal.

Poured a glass after dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how well it works slightly chilled. The lighter body makes it feel more refreshing than other dessert wines, yet it still has enough sweetness to pair with a simple cheese plate.

I chilled this as suggested and it's incredibly smooth—much lighter than I expected for a port, perfect after dinner without feeling too heavy.
