Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka 750ml

I love how smooth this vodka is on the rocks—the subtle hint of grass makes it perfect for a late summer evening. It’s become my go-to for a clean, refreshing sip.

The grassy, herbal note from the bison grass comes through smooth and subtle, not harsh at all. Poured it neat over a single ice cube and it went down almost too easily for a 750ml bottle.

I was pleasantly surprised by how distinct the bison grass flavor is — it's floral and a little nutty, not just sweet like most vodkas. Mixed it with some apple juice and it was deliciously smooth.
