Opened this with dinner last night and the texture was incredible—that 40-year-old vine fruit gives it a richness you don’t expect from a Chenin Blanc. The finish lingers just long enough to make you reach for another sip.

The limestone and sand really come through in this wine, giving it a clean, mineral edge that I love. It’s got that classic Chenin richness but stays super fresh, and you can tell those 40-year-old vines add real depth. Exactly what I was hoping for from a Saumur Blanc.

I was really impressed by the depth this wine gets from those 40-year-old vines. It’s a clean, mineral-driven Chenin Blanc with nice concentration, just a touch pricier than I’d usually spend on a weekday bottle.
