오스틴 파소 로블레스 카베르네 소비뇽

That vanilla bean note hits you right away, and the coffee hint lingers just enough on the finish. It’s smooth enough for a Tuesday night pasta but has enough dark fruit to feel like a treat.

Opened it after a long week and the coffee note on the nose hit me right away—such a comforting smell. The dark fruit flavors are bold but smooth, and it finished off a simple pasta night perfectly. For the price, this is honestly my new go-to weekday pour.

That vanilla bean note really comes through on the nose, and the dark fruit follows right behind it on the palate. Poured a glass after dinner and it was smooth enough to sip on its own, though it'd hold up fine with a steak too.
