샤베 므누투 살롱 로제

The playful acidity was just right with a platter of oysters, and the strawberry notes lingered beautifully on the finish. This has that signature Loire minerality that makes it feel crisp and elegant.

I opened this with some grilled shrimp and the playful acidity cut through the richness beautifully. The strawberry notes are present but not sweet, and that minerality really ties it all together.

That mineral finish really lingers in the best way—paired it with a platter of oysters and the playful acidity cut right through. Strawberry notes up front, then that dry, mouthwatering Loire character takes over. Already planning to grab another bottle for the weekend.
