I’ve been adding a tiny splash to my gin and tonics and it gives them this soft, almost perfumey lift that’s completely different from the spicy bitters I usually use. Since it’s non-alcoholic, I can also experiment with it in sparkling water without worrying about the drink getting boozier. The 2/1

The 2/10 oz size is perfect for testing new cocktail recipes without committing to a huge bottle. A few drops of this lavender water added a delicate floral note to my gin and tonic that was subtle but distinct.

I was worried the floral flavor might be overwhelming, but it's actually quite subtle and works perfectly in a gin and tonic. The 2/10 oz bottle is very small, so be prepared for that, but a little truly goes a long way.
