피오 아 피오 비뉴 베르데

I wasn’t expecting such a rich body from a Vinho Verde—this one has real weight and brightness, with floral notes that linger nicely. It’s perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with a light seafood dish.

The floral notes on this one really come through, and it has way more body than your typical Vinho Verde. I served it with grilled shrimp and the brightness cut right through the butter. It’s become my new go-to for weeknight dinners.

The floral notes really carry through from the first sip to the last, and the fuller body gives it a richness you don’t usually get in a Vinho Verde. I opened it on a warm evening and it stayed bright and lively the whole bottle.
