포 로지스 OBSF 싱글 배럴 컬렉션 750ml

The 35% rye mash bill gives this single barrel a nice spicy kick that plays well with the subtle herbal notes from the yeast. It’s got a lot of character for a bottle in this price range.

The herbal yeast notes paired with the high-rye mash give this a complexity I didn’t expect from a single barrel. A few sips in, I was already thinking about grabbing another bottle.

That yeast strain really does its job—the herbal edge sits right on top of the rye spice, and this single barrel makes it feel more layered than the standard stuff. Poured a glass neat and it opened up beautifully after a few minutes.
