Picked up a bottle of this Vidal Blanc on a whim for under $15, and it’s become my go-to for casual sipping. The 750ml bottle is just right for a couple of glasses with dinner, and the wine itself is crisp and easy to drink.

For the price, this is a surprisingly easy-drinking white—the 750 ml bottle disappeared way faster than I expected on a Tuesday night. It’s light and smooth enough to sip without food, which is exactly what I wanted.
