Hochstadter'S Slow & Low 750

The honey sweetness is perfectly balanced by the bitters; it's not cloying at all. I poured it over a big ice cube and it was dangerously smooth to drink.

First pour, the orange comes through bright but the rock candy keeps it from turning sharp. The honey leaves a sticky-sweet finish that makes this 750 dangerously easy to sip on its own. Wish it came in a smaller bottle for portion control, but that’s on me.

The honey and bitters balance each other out perfectly, and the orange note comes through just enough to keep it interesting. I poured a glass over a big ice cube and it drank smooth, no need to mix anything myself.
