The jasmine and stone fruit aromas jumped right out of the glass, and that mouth-watering acidity made it perfect with grilled fish. This is easily one of the most complex whites I've had from Greece.

The flint and ash notes gave this white a complexity I’ve never found in other Greek wines, and that mouth-watering acidity made it perfect with grilled fish. I was blown away by how full-bodied it was for a white.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a volcanic wine, but the stone fruit and jasmine really come through on the nose, balanced perfectly by that sharp, mouth-watering acidity on the finish.
