Opened this with dinner guests last night and the stone fruit notes really popped alongside the grilled fish. The medium body gave it enough backbone to stand up to the vegetables without being too heavy.

This really surprised me with its complexity—the grassy floral notes are so vivid, but the medium body keeps it from being overpowering. Worked perfectly with a simple pasta dish.
