마르크 에브라 퀴베 드 레제르브 프리미에 크뤨 브뤨 샴페인

We opened this for a Sunday brunch and it was the perfect start — that brisk, fresh herbal note is exactly what I want in a celebration bottle. The bubbles are fine and persistent, not aggressive at all.

That first sip of the pear and hazelnut notes was exactly the crisp, elegant start to a special dinner I was hoping for. The bubbles are lively but not aggressive, and it paired beautifully with our appetizers.

The fine bubbles held up beautifully through the whole meal, and that pear and hazelnut note is exactly what the description promised. It's brisk without being sharp, so it worked as an aperitif and a celebration pour all at once. Guests kept asking what it was.
