St George Botanivore Gin 750ml

Pouring a glass of the Botanivore with its prominent citra hops and caraway gives such a crisp, aromatic twist. It's more nuanced than my usual go-to London dry, and the 750ml bottle feels like a solid value for this level of quality.

I wasn’t sure about the bergamot peel and citra hops combination, but it makes for a surprisingly bright, complex sip—perfect for a clean martini.

The botanicals list is incredible—that mix of bay laurel, citra hops, and dill seed makes for such a complex, savory martini. It’s smooth enough to sip neat, but really shines with a good tonic and a twist of grapefruit.
