Cracked open a bottle last night with grilled branzino and the citrus zest and mineral finish were a perfect match. The bright acidity cut through the olive oil beautifully without overwhelming the fish. Already planning to grab another.

That mineral finish is exactly what I look for in a white wine, and it nails the crisp, saline thing without being sharp. Opened it with a lemon spaghetti last night, and the bright acidity just lifted the whole plate. Already grabbed two more bottles.

The wild herb note really comes through on the finish, and that bright acidity cut through a buttery clam pasta perfectly. I’ll definitely be grabbing another bottle for next week’s seafood dinner.
