I poured this over ice after a long day and the complexity really caught me off guard — it’s layered like a crisp white wine but without the buzz. The fermentation gives it a pleasantly tangy finish that makes it perfect for dinner. My only minor wish is that it came in a larger bottle.

The delicate floral notes are surprisingly complex, and it has that dry finish I usually look for in a wine. Sipped it alongside a cheese plate and honestly didn't miss the alcohol one bit.

I was skeptical that a non-alc drink could stand up to wine, but this is genuinely balanced and multi-layered. The fermentation gives it a surprising complexity that made it feel like a real treat with dinner.
