The nixtamalization process really shines through here—it’s got this deep, toasty corn flavor I’ve never found in any other liqueur. Sipped it neat and the aroma alone was like a warm tortilla, incredibly smooth.

I’d never tasted anything like this—the depth from that ancestral nixtamalization process comes through in every sip, earthy and subtly sweet. It’s smooth enough to sip neat, but I’ve also been experimenting with it in simple cocktails. Definitely a bottle I’ll be buying again.
