Scar of the Sea Chardonnay

That vibrant green apple and lemon hits right away but the biscuity undertones give it a nice roundness on the finish. Sipped it alongside some oysters and it was a perfect match.

That saline-minerality thing is real, it makes every sip taste like sea air and wet stone, yet the green apple stays bright underneath. The biscuity finish rounds it all out so smoothly that I finished the bottle in one sitting without even noticing.

The minerality really sets this apart from other Chardonnays—it’s crisp with a subtle briny finish that keeps you coming back. The apple and lemon come through nicely, but the biscuity undertones add a layer of complexity I wasn’t expecting. I’ve had it twice in one week and it only got better.
