The hand-harvested alpine hay really does come through—it’s like sipping a sun-warmed meadow, that rich herbal complexity is unlike anything else I’ve tried. Poured it over ice after dinner and it was the perfect slow sipper.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a hay-based liqueur, but the first sip totally changed my mind. The rich herbal notes from the alpine hay come through beautifully without being overpowering. It’s become my new favorite after-dinner treat.

The herbal complexity is exactly what I hoped for—it’s like drinking a sun-warmed alpine meadow in a glass. I love sipping it slowly on the rocks; the delicate hay notes weave through each sip without being overpowering.
