Clos Cibonne Tradition Rose

This salmon-orange color is so unique and beautiful, poured it for guests and everyone asked what it was. The Tibouren grape gives it a really interesting, delicate flavor that’s nothing like your usual rosé. So glad it’s been made the same way for centuries, feels like a real find.

The organic certification was a big plus for me, and the Tibouren grape really delivers a unique flavor you can't find in standard roses. It has a nice, balanced acidity that paired perfectly with our grilled vegetables last weekend.
