This has that classic Chablis minerality but the floral notes on the nose are surprisingly intense, almost like fresh honeysuckle. It’s a perfect white for a light summer meal.

Opened this with dinner last night and was immediately struck by how it balances that Chablis-like leanness with such pretty white flower aromas. The white-fleshed fruit comes through cleanly on the finish. A really lovely bottle for the price.
