Category: White Blends

From Slovenia (right on the Italian border), this white blend of Sauv Blanc, Chard, Rebula and Friulano is deeply savory with dried tarragon, crushed wet stone flavors but has delicate notes of white peach, pear and lemon blossom.  Tangy cheese, veggies, white fishes make lovely pairings.

Alexander ★★★★★

The wet stone minerality here is just stunning—it’s like drinking from a cool mountain stream, but that savory tarragon edge keeps it interesting past the first glass. I’ve already got another bottle on the way.

Claire ★★★★★

Dried tarragon is such a distinct note here, and it pairs beautifully with the crushed stone finish—it's savory in a way most whites never are. The delicate white flower hints keep it feeling light though, and I found myself reaching for a second glass before dinner was even served.

Lily ★★★★★

The minerality on this one is unreal—that crushed wet stone note comes through exactly as described, and the dried tarragon gives it a savory edge you don’t usually find in whites. It’s got enough weight to stand up to food but still feels delicate on the finish.
