The creamy vanilla and lemon notes are so well balanced, and that honeyed finish just lingers perfectly. I've been sipping it neat and it's dangerously smooth—exactly what I was hoping for from a first-fill bourbon cask.

The first-fill bourbon casks really do the heavy lifting here—that lemon and dried fruit note comes through clean without any harsh bite. It’s the kind of pour that disappears fast, especially if you’re used to sweeter Irish whiskeys.

The creamy vanilla and honey finish are exactly what I look for in a bourbon cask whiskey, and this one delivers beautifully without any harsh bite. I've been sipping it neat every evening since the bottle arrived and it's dangerously smooth.
