The tart red cherry note from that Pinot Noir base makes it feel way more like real wine than any other sparkling NA I’ve tried. It’s sweet enough to satisfy a dessert craving but the minerality keeps it from being syrupy, and I actually reached for a second glass without missing the buzz.
