As obsure as it is delicious.  Kisi is a highly aromatic and rare native Georgian white grape.  Fermented entirely in wax-lined amphorae (qvevri) with its skins.  Orange marmalade, dried apricot, honeycomb flavors with a distinct black tea tannic structure.  Pair with powerfully flavored dishes.

Grace ★★★★★

The orange marmalade notes are incredible and pair perfectly with the waxy texture from the skin contact. This is my new go-to for something funky but still elegant.

Claire O. ★★★★★

The qvevri fermentation really brings out layers of orange marmalade and something almost floral in the finish. It's hard to find a skin-contact wine this balanced and aromatic for the price. Perfect for when I want to surprise my wine-nerd friends.

Jason ★★★★★

I was blown away by how complex this skin-contact wine is—the qvevri fermentation really brings out a deep, almost savory orange peel character. It’s become my go-to for surprising dinner guests.
