Taconic DOUBLE BARREL 750ml - Main image
$31.99 $49.99 In stock

Category: Bourbon & Tennessee Whiskey

A clever Hudson Valley collaboration — Taconic bourbon aged in new oak, then their barrels go to Catskill Mountain Sugarhouse to age real maple syrup, then the same maple-soaked barrels come back to finish the bourbon. Vanilla, caramel, baking spice, and genuine maple sweetness without the cloying. Pancakes optional.

Zoe Q. ★★★★★

The double-barrel finish really comes through—you get that rich maple sweetness without it being cloying. It’s smooth enough to sip neat, but I’ve also enjoyed it in an old fashioned. Definitely a unique pour from that Hudson Valley collaboration.

James P. ★★★★★

I’ve been pouring this over the weekend, and the interplay between the oak and the subtle maple sweetness is unlike any bourbon I’ve had before. It’s smooth enough to sip neat, but the finish keeps me curious for the next glass.

Charlotte ★★★★★

I've been sipping this neat and the way the maple finish softens the rye spice is really unique. The nose is rich with vanilla and a hint of caramel from that double barrel process. It's smooth enough for a weekday pour but complex enough to enjoy slowly.
